This is a fantastic opportunity for you to step into an Associate Structural Engineer role at a long-standing consultancy in Brisbane. Having been in Brisbane for decades, this firm has a strong client list in the retail, commercial, health and industrial sectors. With four Directors covering both structural and civil disciplines, there is a need to bring on an experienced structural engineer to work under one of the Structural Directors. There are no teams in this firm. The structural group consists of 25 engineers and drafters and they all rotate across all different sectors. That way, no one gets pigeon-holed. Your role will include: Project management – proposals through to completion Client management – leading project meetings, client liaison, getting return work from existing clients etc Design input – structural design & analysis, managing engineers design outputs Mentoring junior and senior staff Technical report writing You will need: 10-15 years of experience as a Structural Engineer A relevant engineering degree The ability to work without restriction in Australia The ablity to foster good client relationships Ideally a design background in a consulting environment You will receive: A salary between $160-200k inclusive of super The ability to be part of the equity program The ability to move into a Director role in the future For more information please phone James Conlan on 0415 758 067 or email [email protected]
