We are now seeking a Motor Mechanic to join our hardworking and cohesive team.
Broadly your responsibilities will include:
• Provide diagnosis, conduct tests and repairs, and provide cost estimates to repair.
• Dismantle, remove, and reassemble engine components.
• Carry out scheduled services and repairs to vehicles as direct, such as engine tune-ups, oil changes and lubrication.
• Test and adjust mechanical parts after repair for proper performance.
• Discuss problems with customers to discover faults in engines and parts.
• Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs undertaken.
• Liaise with suppliers in ordering parts required for repairs of motor vehicles.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A relevant Certificate qualification as well as at least three years’ experience as a qualified mechanic.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong customer focus
• Demonstrated experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
