Position: Hairdresser
Employment type: Full time 38 hours per week
Location: 80A Hope St, Geelong West VIC 3218
Salary: 70,000 to 75,000 annual wage, plus superannuation

The successful candidate will be responsible to perform the following duties:
Proficient in all colouring techniques, including balayage and foiling.
Shampooing hair using most suitable products to the client’s scalp
Precision hair cutting for all lengths.
Advanced styling skills, particulate in blow-drying.
Actively contribute to training junior staff members, including apprentices.
Advising clients on hair care and products.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Arrange appointments and collect payments.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in hairdressing
Qualification in hairdressing (preferred)
Knowledge and application of hairdressing techniques
Reliable
Hardworking and honest
Passionate about hairdressing
Friendly, positive personality
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-past environment.
A positive attitude and sense of humour
Exceptional customer service skills
