Graduate Electrical Engineer - Mechatronics
My client, an Electrical Engineers and contractors have seen a rapid expansion in their business since its inception in 2002, employing 25 fulltime staff in projects throughout Australia
They now seek a Graduate Electrical Engineer with a focus on Mechatronics to work full time in this exciting and unique company. The company is across many different sectors and focused on heavy industries.
Duties may include: -
• Design, develop and enhance electro-mechanical & electro-hydraulic systems.
• Maintain Probuilt Control documented systems relative to engineering project works.
Liaise with the workshop team to assist in project builds (resolving build issues).
• Be part of the training in electro-hydraulic & electromechanical products and applications to enhance and broaden
product and application solution knowledge.
• Design and implementation of motion control systems
• 3-D CAD Autodesk or equivalent
Knowledge and understanding (electrical and programming) of system design and implementation of:
• AC Variable Speed Drives
• Industrial Servo Drives and servo motors
• PLC programming
• HMI Industrial Touchscreens
• circuit design for both motors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Special Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Car Licence
• Fit and energetic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, plan and organise daily tasks, efficiently and accurately in order to achieve the objectives of the position within set timelines
• Hands on Aptitude
• Have real with practical experience
Qualifications/Education:
• Graduate Degree in Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or close to completion
