Summary of the role: Mercy Health is seeking applications from Registered Nurses to apply for roles at Mercy Place Montrose, our residential aged care home in Montrose.

Casual, Full time and Part time positions available for a Grade 2 RN
Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
Pay rates range from $35.20 - $57.53 (pay rates will be dependent on experience post qualification)

ABOUT YOU:

Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.
Provide a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation).
Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
Employment with Mercy Health is subject to satisfactory background checks which can include Police Record Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
