Goodman Fielder As a Salesforce Technical Lead you will provide technical expertise and solutions for the business requirements with a focus on the forward view of system capability tying in with business vision for CRM applications. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support and implementation to the CRM Strategy and Roadmap. You will lead a small team of developers and functional specialists in delivering the scheduled workload. This will support requirements gathering, basic configuration, user testing, documenting and gating of all solution designs to help ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions across the Wilmar ANZ CRM platform. Task & Responsibilities Support and contribute to the CRM Strategy and Roadmap and ensure continuous alignment with key business requirements and prioritization Initiation of discussions across business units to inform robust collaboration of ideas and solutions Build strong networks internally and externally that provide Wilmar ANZ with valid benchmarks for our CRM approach and tools Work closely with-IT Strategy and Architecture, Business Partners, Business CRM teams Qualification & Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in Salesforce Proven development and architecture background in Salesforce Proven experience in working closely with other IT systems- ERP, Middleware Proven experience with working with wider development team Ability to achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and co-operative means Previous team lead experience Excellent communication skill verbal and in writing Sound Presentation Skills Facilitation Skills and Training program management Ability to engage, motivate and influence colleagues with clear communication Confident to lead discussions at all levels Able to present strong commercial and strategy led decision solution proposals and utilise positive influencing skills to reach decisions About Company At Goodman Fielder our purpose is to make everyday food better for everyone.
