We specialise in providing efficient and reliable warehousing solutions to our clients, and we're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our operations.
Position: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse.
Pick and Packing: Coordinate and manage the pick and pack processes to fulfill client orders accurately and efficiently.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels.
Forklift Operation: Utilize forklift equipment for material handling and storage operations. (Must possess a valid forklift license.)
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL setting.
Forklift License: A valid forklift license is mandatory.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work without supervision and lead a small team.
