We are seeking an established Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Working across multiple Divisions, and with stakeholders at all levels, no two days are the same as we operate in a dynamic, extremely fast paced, highly autonomous and outcome driven environment. Based at Essendon Fields, this is a full end to end role where you partner with our internal stakeholders, providing support and advice to ensure we attract the best talent. As a seasoned Talent Specialist, you know the importance of a great candidate experience, we have all been on the other end.
End to end to us means:
Sourcing, screening and assessing potential applicants against identified competency requirements
Scheduling interviews and all pre-employment checks (Right to Work, Medical, Probity) as required
Facilitating offer processes and ensuring all required on boarding processes and documents are completed
Undertaking regular checks with new employees ensuring early issues are identified and employee and manager satisfaction
Ensuring talent pools and market maps are developed and maintained with innovation in sourcing
What you will bring to the team:
A great attitude
Relevant tertiary qualification or minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
Recruiting within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
High level of attention to detail
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
