Your responsibilities are as follows.
1. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
2. Recruit, train, and lead a motivated restaurant team.
3. Uphold high standards for customer service and satisfaction.
4. Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
5. Monitor and control inventory levels for optimal stock management.
6. Collaborate on menu planning and development with the culinary team.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
8. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
9. Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
10. Conduct regular performance reviews for staff members.
