A proven track record in designing complex projects

Your Role
Develop your design expertise within our highly aspiring team across varied projects
Work as part of a design team across all stages of the project lifecycle
Work closely with client groups, internal and external stakeholders
Deliver design-focused, climate-positive architecture on larger-scale projects
Support the design teams through research into project-specific design issues

Focused on making a positive impact on the planet
The ability to talk design with competence and commercial viability
A proven track record in understanding and participating in complex projects
A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility with a flexible can-do attitude
Ability to build positive working relationships and actively contribute to the studio team culture
Essential Requirements
Excellent design sensibility with the ability to distil complex ideas into practical outcomes
Demonstrated task management skills and ability to manage and prioritise work
High graphic sensitivity with strong skills in Adobe programs
ARBV Registered is preferred but not essential
Proven postgraduate design experience
Legally able to work in Australia
Proficient in Revit and Rhino
