This role will work within the ANZ team. Most of the team are based on Sydney but we are open to great talent where-ever they are based within Australia. We are a fun, fast paced team who work hard to develop and deliver quality programs and campaigns for our target audiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Role

At ServiceNow, we take our campaigns to the next level to engage and drive demand generation across the Now Platform capabilities and target industries. This role will be responsible to manage and design compelling industry and solution go-to-market strategies for Government and Healthcare industries to drive awareness, consideration and purchase. This will involve working hand-in-hand with the local sales team, APJ and global teams to drive business outcomes and achieve pipeline targets. 

This role takes the lead on campaigns, orchestrating the efforts of a cross-functional team of marketers to curate and execute targeted, integrated marketing campaigns and content.

  • Strategically execute integrated marketing campaigns, driving new audience engagement and aligning with pipeline objectives.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork and collaboration to develop compelling content story arcs, messaging, assets and campaigns ensuring alignment with target personas and buying stages.
  • Drive industry-leading customer journeys through integrated campaign execution leveraging multiple channels.
  • Develop industry content and assets in consultation with stakeholders and coordinate agency support.
  • Test, measure and optimise all campaign elements to meet pipeline goals and campaign objectives.
  • Take ownership and accountability of campaign performance, continuously seeking enhancements to optimise campaign results.
  • Efficiently manage vendor relationships and campaign budgets to ensure we are optimising our extended team efforts at all times.
  • Innovate and bring creativity to the forefront with fresh, provocative ideas.

Collaborate with Global & APAC Integrated Campaigns team, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales to maximise impact and results.
