In this position you will be Identifying business opportunities with customers and key partners and assist with long-term strategies for achieving their business goals. Providing additional values to existing customers to improve their journey with TeamViewer.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of economic exposure, particularly within the tech industry, to tailor solutions to customers’ financial and business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, including internal products and external products to provide customers with valuable insights.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations. Utilize customer support inquiries to identify revenue-generating opportunities and turn inquiries into sales.
- Identify and engage with potential key partners, working closely with end users and provide comprehensive solutions by conducting in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with the customer's business objectives and industry trends.
- Develop strategies to identify upsell opportunities and create needs for additional products or services within the existing customer base with higher deal size.
- Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and registration/ escalation processes for your region.
