Your new company A rapidly growing national law firm specialising in personal injury is based in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Senior Legal Secretary to join their reputable organisation! Your new role The Senior Legal Secretary is required to perform routine and non-routine clerical and administrative functions to actively support the supervising Solicitor in the day-to-day operations of personal injury practice. The tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to: Practice management Drafting correspondence, applications and pleadings Preparing notice of claims, briefs Scheduling appointments and conferences Diary management General administrative duties, organising and maintaining paper and electronic files Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, doctors for information/ scheduling/ provision of information etc. Ensure workflows for matters are updated and maintained (under the supervision and instruction of a Solicitor) What you'll need to succeed 3-5 years experience in a similar role Personal Injury experience highly desirable Plaintiff exposure essential Highly organised and with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure Strong communication skills What you'll get in return Perm role in Sydney CBD WFH flexibility Great collaborative culture Supportive mentoring and training What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
