An exciting opportunity to be part of a large organisation with a great workplace culture Your new company Hays Technology are currently partnered with a well-established Client to appoint an experienced Training and Technical Support Lead to a 7-month contract. Your new role As the Training and Technical Support Lead, you will be working closely with business subject-matter experts (such as City Comm), project manager, solution architects/Designers and Testers to complete the following deliverables (depending on project needs). Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include: Define learning objectives and outcomes based AEM Cloud suite Produce learning materials - including video walkthroughs for just in time learning and refresher training Gap analysis and Issues/Opportunities Support the build of the Client's website Solution Design and Testing (SME for Functional Requirements) What you'll need to succeed To be successful in attaining this role, you will have: Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, consult, coordinate and deliver substantial learning/instructional design in a large, diverse and complex organisation. Superior written communication skills and demonstrated extensive experience in preparing high-quality training artefacts such as user manuals and quick reference guides. Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to apply that knowledge and experience to the areas of learning/instructional design. Demonstrated high level ability to establish and grow collaborative relationships (building trust and providing reliability), with staff from varying technical disciplines, and with customers, suppliers, project managers and stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment is desirable.
