Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand with plans to continue to expand throughout 2023. We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design. We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Consultant to join our team in Springvale. This is a permanent part-time role working 10 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week. About you: Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment Previous experience as a Sales Consultant selling high-ticket items (such as furniture, jewelry, bedding, etc) within a Retail Sales environment About the role: Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs. Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
