CRM & Marketing Technology Specialist Apply now Job no: 501640 Work type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Melbourne Categories: Marketing As a CRM & Marketing Technology Specialist, you will be developing and managing the execution of a holistic framework for all consumer communications that leverage Carlton United Breweries’(CUB) owned consumer data. You will manage CUB’s relationship with 1m consumers with the goal of increasing acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role requires an elevated level of CRM and marketing technology expertise across all channels, with a thorough understanding of personalisation at scale and how to deliver personalised messaging based on consumer segmentation. You will collaborate with a talented team of modern digital marketers, and together you will champion an innovative team culture that delivers paid, owned and earned consumer connection eco-systems. Your impact Reporting to the Consumer Data Manager and partnering extensively with the inhouse marketing team and external stakeholders, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to create and deploy campaigns using email & digital marketing tools and lead a different way of thinking and at the same time creating real ownership in brands and other relevant areas of the business around implementing the change in their own teams. Key responsibilities include: Develop and lead consumer retention strategy, and collaborate with teams responsible for acquisition Provide strategic guidance and executional support for all consumer comms activations, including brand comms, campaigns, ecommerce, and consumer relations Lead the conversation with brand teams on marketing automation, increasing their understanding of the technology and the value it adds (e.g. through PCAs, reporting, presentations, lunch & learns) Lead implementation & management of technical tools requirements optimized consumer tracking, and data collection (e.g. tags & forms) Ensure that data collection and activation adhere to all consumer governance frameworks provided by DTBS/Legal Map out end to end consumer journeys for digital campaigns to understand role of channels and content recommendations, and drive uptake in cross-channel consumer marketing Work with agency partners to leverage the value of owned audiences for campaigns and promotions and deliver best in class execution About You To be successful in the role you will have: Strong understanding of Brands and have a broader marketing appreciation Proficiency using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desired Professional experience in creating and deploying campaigns using email & digital marketing tools Understanding of responsive email development principles & ability to create content to work across different browsers and email programs Strong knowledge in deliverability and compliance frameworks Proven ability to identify and implement innovative digital communications.
