As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include: · Deliver evidence based nursing care · Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team · Ensure patient and staff safety · Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; · Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health, recovery & rehabilitation Northpark is a 127 bed facility with 5 operating theatres, Maternity, Surgical & medical and Mental Health Services. Further exciting opportunities in the near future with developments at Latrobe Private Hospital, not more than 3 kms down the road. Works have already begun to renovate Latrobe to accommodate 4 operating theatre a 30 bed ward and a 4 bed HDU. Plans for the 2 hospitals to compliment each other with our various and growing services. Essential Criteria: · Current Registration with AHPRA · Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU/Emergency Nursing (or working towards) · Working with Children check · Commitment to Quality Patient Care · Compliance with ACQSHC National standards · Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Works well independently and within a team · Basic computer skills Applications close: 10th Jan 2024 Registered Nurse: $34.55/hr -$46.22/hr plus superannuation as per Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses and Midwives Agreement, 2020 -2025 for years of nursing experience.
