Tasks and Qualifications:THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an amazing opportunity for a motivated and skilled Industrial Technician with proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader. If you’re passionate about leading teams of skilled electricians and maintenance fitters in industrial automation, look no further! As a collaborative leader committed to enhancing team culture and delivering great customer outcomes you will work at our high-profile customer site in Northmead, NSW covering a:12-hour shift pattern (6.00am - 6.00pm; 6:00pm - 6:00am)5 or 4 shifts On with 5 or 4 shifts OffIncluding weekday and weekendsSite operates 24/7When working this pattern, you will complete an even number of day and night shifts during the roster patternThis a permanent full time position offers excellent company benefits, penalty rates on public holidays + shift loading and overtime opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreementsIdentifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and productsAdhering to and promoting safety standards and work practicesLeading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achieved. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORElectrical or Mechanical qualifications with experience in an Industrial environmentElectrical: Unrestricted Electrical Licence (Australian)Mechanical: Fitter Trade qualification.
