Senior Consultant
is responsible for working closely with the Product owner, Technology Team and Technical leads to interpret specifications provided, review and update Functional and technical Specification and design documents and flow charts as well as build and update code for software applications aligning to the technical specifications as provided in system architecture documents.
This role will be key in understanding the business requirements and translating them into documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
• Understanding the OSS/BSS workflow and behavior of new fulfillment system and the corresponding interactions with the external Domain managers (DM’s) and their external systems involved throughout the order journey.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications that can be easily understood by software development teams
• Work with technical teams to design appropriate technical solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet the organization's standards and guidelines.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of technical solutions. Provide ongoing support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Monitoring ITAM’s & Service Now application for unhealthy orders and getting them fixed with respective teams
• Handling escalated customer order within stringent SLAs and creating automated scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Performing RCA and prepare CAPA and Triaging regarding production issues and solution designing to fix the issues to ensure healthy order progression.
• Working diligently with production support team to fix all functional as well as performance issues/bugs faced.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through the use of technology. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Developing POC/ Demo based client requirements.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis in suggesting new initiatives or enhancements.
• Implementing automations countering intermittent production issues to improve order progression
• Participating in client calls for getting new change requests.
• Writing and updating as well and maintaining technical architecture document, end user documentation and operational procedures through the lifecycle of the project
• Well versed with Scaled Agile methodology & Devops concepts for implementing any strategic change in Digital Stack perform to specification
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis and provide estimations as part of PI planning

Education Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
