Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
? Develop and implement Performance Marketing strategies
? Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables and communications
? Test, scale and optimise campaigns in Google Ads, Google Shopping and Bing Ads and other channels including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Criteo
? Keep up to date on new developments in Performance Marketing, actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improve results
? Provide specialist Performance Marketing advice and insights to broader Pattern team and feed into consulting projects as required
? Regularly review lines of delivery to ensure they are still in accordance with best practice performance marketing approach
