As the guests first impression, you will be welcoming guests in a calm and friendly manner, assisting guests with transporting their luggage as well as helping assist with directions and providing recommendations to the guests, enhancing the customer journey. You will also gain basic knowledge of Opera systems to help assist in your role to organize guest amenities and deliver bags to specific rooms.
