About the Job
- Assist the CFO and leadership team in the ongoing management of the team.
- Managing the onboarding of new starters, building out induction programs, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc
- Acting as the first point of contact for the CFO for his leadership team and other executive stakeholders
- Coordinate activities that support the engagement, development and planning for Finance &Investment Operations
- Assist with reporting across the group.
- Assist with coordinating Board papers and Board committee papers
- Coordinate and attend meetings with key stakeholders with the CFO
- Invoicing, reporting, budget & variance analysis.
- Support the ongoing communications within the team.
- Managing the CFO’s diary
- Assist CFO and LT with putting together/ refining presentations.
- Reconcile the CFO’s expenses
- Monthly newsletters, set agendas and activities for F&IO meetings and offsites, organised lunch and learns, engagement related activities and manage LT annual leave etc.
- Assist the CFO to record KPI’s for each finance function
- Build dashboards that can be used to show an integrated story of the deliverables of the finance team.
- Work within the EA Community of Practice
