We are seeking both full-time and part-time Experienced Supervisors with full availability to join our new Morayfield Restaurant, opening beginning of June 2023.
The Job involves:
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising employees including juniors
- Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
- Opening and/or closing store
- Training new employees
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Running a drive-thru service
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
