About the opportunity: We are currently looking forBakers/Production Operatorsto join ourForestvillesite. The Process Operator will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas. Opportunities currently exist for the follwing shift pattern: Tuesday 10.15am – 7.45pm Wednesday 10.15am – 8.45pm Thursday 10.15am – 8.45pm Friday 11.15am – 8.45pm You will be responsible for: Full compliance of company rules Operations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures Effectively move between departments to assist Achieve OEE and Waste on target Active involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetings Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment. Attend all relevant training programs Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames Executes Start up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly Ensure personal hygiene and uniform company policies, site minimum expectations and standards are strictly adhered to To be successful in this role you will need: Previous machine operation/process work experience Effective oral and written communication Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety awareness Quality awareness Previous food industry experience is desirable What can we offer you?
