YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE   Fixed Term, Part-Time Role The ICU Outreach Nurse provides clinical support to nursing and medical staff in caring for patients who have higher acuity/critical care needs. As an ICU Outreach Nurse, you are also a part of Peter Mac's High Acuity Team (HAT), working alongside a HAT Registrar, responding to all medical emergency calls within Peter Mac. This is a senior nursing role that is an integral link in the transition of patient care between Royal Melbourne Hospital ICU and the Peter Mac wards. We are currently looking for a fixed term part-time employee/s who can fulfill up to 24 hours a fortnight. The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse Division 1 with at least 5 years ICU experience, has a Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care/Intensive Care Nursing and certification in Advanced Life Support 2 Applicants to this role should provide a covering letter outlining relative key skills and experience to assist us with our assessment.
