We are now looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Brisbane team.As a Manufacturing Operator on afternoon shift you will play a vital role in completing manufacturing tasks for the Cochlear Implant System while meeting productivity and quality requirements. You'll be working with a fantastic team at Cochlear's Brisbane operations on Helen Street in Newstead.If you have experience in manufacturing operator tasks and hold good written and verbal communication skills, we want to hear from you. Be part of something purposeful and apply now to see your career grow!Key Requirements:Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as this role required diligently following verbal instructions as well as written documents that provides clear and precise steps to carry out different tasks.Australian citizenship or permanent resident of Australia as due to extensive on the job training this role requires full, unlimited working rightsAvailable to work Afternoon shift: 2:24 pm - 10:30pm Monday – Friday as a fixed shift.Ability to follow processes and work within a team environment toward a common goal.Ability to wear manufacturing garments to ensure manufacturing practices adhere to quality standards and ensure product safety.
