Working indoors, temperature controlled environment and home every night.We are currently looking for skilledMaintenance Fittersto work at our Townsville manufacturing site. You will become an integral member of the Townsville maintenance team, as a Shift Maintenance Fitter you will make a strong contribution to our high-performing Operations team and team culture. You will provide high-quality maintenance and repairs to equipment throughout the plant, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance, to achieve acceptable production levels and a high standard in engineering support. Shift pattern: Monday – Friday – 2 pm -10 pm Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility Carry out service and repair of Mechanical plant and equipment within the facility, Prioritise all types of given work Diagnose faults and carry out modifications to equipment Participate in all training as required by the company Effective reporting of any issues relating to company SH&E & QA policies Point of contact when attending a breakdown Experience required: Mechanical trade certificate High level of technical and diagnostic skills Processed based risk assessment skills Excellent communication and numeracy skills Full working rights in Australia What can we offer you?
