Role Purpose / Responsibilities:As a Dual Trade Electrician / Refrigeration Technician you will be customer focused and responsible for repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment along with managing the effective maintenance of refrigeration equipment.The following duties will apply: Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures as per layout and installation of electrical wiring and job specifications. Diagnose malfunctioning refrigeration systems and components to ascertain the cause of a breakdown and provide resolution. Carry out repairs and or replace identified faulty components within licence scope, i.e. Electrical/Mechanical components within a relevant system. Inspect electrical systems equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and provide recommendation for adjustment or repair as per compliance with relevant codes. Test electrical systems and circuits in wiring, equipment and fixtures using relevant devices to ensure system safety.
