We are looking for a full-time restaurant manager who will take care of daily organisation of the floor, ensuring the highest standard at all the time. Will be able to work and coordinates with other team members, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Will have to be hands on and creative on cocktails and wine list as well as roster staff.
Our Restaurant philosophy focuses on high quality, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Located at the stunning Mandala Wines Estate, we have the chance of serving some of the best quality wines locally grown and imported.
Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus 5 years if full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position;
