App Marketing Specialist

This is your opportunity to join carsales as an App Marketing Specialist.  In this role, you will be responsible for management of key digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, and onsite display, end to end, across key products and services within the carsales network.  You will manage, implement, optimise and regularly report back to key stakeholders on performance against key business targets. 

This is a hands-on role, looking after the end-to-end management of digital and performance marketing campaigns across all major digital channels and platforms. You will work closely with other digital marketing experts and the broader marketing team to explore new growth opportunities across our brand and product portfolio and be responsible for delivering and reporting marketing and business KPIs. Working in a fast-paced environment, your attention to detail in campaign management and reporting will serve you well, as well as a sense of curiosity and eagerness to further develop and grow the performance marketing program.

  • Develop, execute and manage cross-channel performance marketing plans to support app, across key digital marketing platforms, such as Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ad Manager, ensuring KPIs are in line with business and campaign objectives.
  • End-to-end management of always-on Performance campaigns across Apple and Meta, across all apps within carsales.com ltd. Conduct and circulate regular performance reporting against business KPIs to regular stakeholders, and taking these insights and learnings and applying a process of continuous optimisation to the campaigns.
  • Utilise respective digital platforms, looking at and understanding performance across key metrics such as conversion, retention, and overall app experience, and looking for actionable insights that you can then apply to respective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the broader digital team and the marketing team to extend app initiatives into existing digital channels and campaigns.
  • Track, Optimize, Learn, Report, Repeat will be your daily mantra with commercial opportunities and ROI your nirvana.
  • As the app marketing expert, you will share learnings and campaigns with key stakeholders and not be afraid to question the norms to drive business results.

You will conduct regular research and stay abreast of current industry trends to ensure the campaigns are at industry leading standards - reporting back to the wider marketing team on relevant insights that can complement other marketing initiatives.
