A person who can play a leadership role within the team to drive the team’s culture, motive and engage the team of developers.
What You'll do
- Define the product roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers, considerations, to define the shared vision and receive necessary approvals
- End-to-end product delivery responsibility in Agile environment, own and drive delivery deadlines
- Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, ensure refined backlog is ready for development teams at all times
- Work with relevant members of scrum teams to ensure delivery of new initiatives supporting the attainment of business objectives and take corrective action for initiatives that are not on schedule or achieving expected business goals
- Track and report on success metrics for newly launched product features and provide timely updates on the progress of new initiatives.
