Experienced Chef De Partie required for award winning cafe located in Karratha. We are in search of someone eager to seize this opportunity and become an integral part of their close knit and charismatic team. We are looking for a dedicated chef that can bring their skills and knowledge to this charismatic venue.
You:
Proven experience as a chef in a casual dining venue.
Ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients.
Adaptable, organised, and professional with an eye for detail.
Collaborate with Head Chef to plan and develop recipes and menus.
Considering such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Preparation and cooking for breakfast and lunch service.
Stock ordering.
Willingness to jump in to assist all team members as required.
