As a Scrub/Scout Nurse at St Andrew’s, you will play a crucial role in our 240-bed facility with eleven operating Theatre Suites, performing over 40,000 procedures annually. Join a passionate team covering specialities such as cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, urology, orthopaedics, and more. Be part of a team that takes pride in providing the highest levels of patient care, with supportive, approachable, and patient-focused environment. We offer excellent training and development opportunities.

Join Us If You Have:
Extensive experience in one or more of the following specialties: ENT, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Spine/Neuro, Cardiac, Urology, General/Colorectal, Plastics or Robot – da Vinci. As well as:
• Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Perioperative Registered Nurse/Scrub Scout
• Strong commitment to patient safety and person-centred care
• Well developed organisation and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative, sound reasoning, and judgment skills
• Commitment to continued professional development
• Interest in mentoring nursing students and graduates
