As a vital member of the F&B Restaurant team, your role encompasses ensuring a seamless dining experience for both members and visitors.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
Cultivating and leading a highly proficient and collaborative team of F&B professionals.
Maintaining impeccable presentation and cleanliness across all areas.
Keeping product details, pricing, and information up-to-date.
Ensuring adequate inventory levels for linens, crockery, cutlery, and beverages.
Regularly reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
Assisting with event activities as needed.
Staying attuned to monthly budget targets and reviewing end-of-month results with the Hospitality Manager.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
Flexibility with your availability.
A current WA Approved Manager Card.
Basic First Aid training.
