One of our key markets is Insurance and Wealth Management and due to an increase in opportunities in that market, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. As a Recruitment Consultant in our team, you will manage a busy desk and collaborate with an experienced team of specialist Insurance and Wealth Management Consultants. Your key responsibility will be to provide our existing client base with a seamless, 360 recruitment service and identify and convert new business opportunities within our specialist markets. Your day-to-day duties will consist of the following: Liaising with clients to take detailed job briefs on vacancies within their business Working with clients to provide insights on employment market conditions Completing a targeted search for specialist Insurance candidates Screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to your clients  Supporting the successful onboarding of candidates from induction to post-placement Negotiating job offers and employment contracts between candidates and clients Ensuring compliance requirements are met at all stages of the recruitment process Identifying and converting new business opportunities You will be supported in this role by an engaged management team, leading recruitment technologies and an innovative marketing function.  The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years previous Recruitment experience in the General Insurance sector Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding recruitment budgets A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification Strong relationship management capability A responsive, flexible and adaptable approach to business Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of technology and social media platforms   On offer is a truly enjoyable and supportive working environment, genuine career opportunities and a path to leadership, regular social activities and an incredibly strong brand in market.
