Experienced Sous Chef required for award winning restaurant loacted in picturesque Perth Hills. You:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscaled restaurant setting.
Understanding of kitchen management dynamics, including roster management, training and apprentice programs, and cost of goods.
Adaptable, organised and professional with an eye for detail
Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.
Proficiency in technique and creative flair.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
