We engage in providing labour hire services and recruitment solutions for businesses in Australia especially in poultry farming industry to resolve their staffing issues in recent years. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following occupations within farming and horticultural sector:
• Vegetable Grower
• Poultry Farmer
• Fruit and Nut Grower
• Mixed Crop Farmer
• Crop Farmer
• Beef Cattle Farmer
• Dairy Cattle Farmer
• Mixed Livestock Farmer
• Mixed Crop and Livestock Farmer
Education and Experience Requirements
For the occupations of Vegetable Grower, Fruit and Nut Grower, Mixed Crop Farmer, Crop Farmer:
Ideal candidates will have:
• At least a Bachelor degree in Agriculture and/or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in horticultural sector or equivalent;
• Experience in managing and coordinating horticultural activities;
• Ability to maintain crop production;
• Ability to plan, organize and perform farming operations;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluency in second language is advantageous;
• Good time management; and
• Willing to travel when required.
For the occupations of Poultry Farmer, Beef Cattle Farmer, Dairy Cattle Farmer and Mixed livestock Farmer, Mixed Crop and Livestock Farmer:
• At least a Bachelor degree in Agriculture and/or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in horticultural sector or equivalent;
• Ability to monitor and maintain the health and condition of livestock;
• Ability to direct and oversee general activities such as fertilizing and the control of pests and weeds;
• Comfortable working in a livestock environment, with strong animal smells and noises;
• Ability to clearly follow instructions, both verbal and written; and
• Good communication skill

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per annum
