Job Details:
Salary $70,000 + superannuation
Solid experience and knowledge with at least 5 years of experience
Extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to design and cost new menu items
Meticulous quality control
Ability to train and manage a team of pastry cooks
Experience with pastry production
Relevant qualification/experience required
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure compliance with QLD food safety regulations.

3 years’ experience in a similar role
Trade qualified
Willing to start in the early morning
Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment and machinery
High attention to detail and creativity
Excellent time management skills
