We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced leader to join Oaks Moranbah Suites as the Hotel Manager. This integral position will be responsible for all aspects of managing the hotel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Draw on your experience, initiative, drive and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional product for our guests
- Accountability for the day to day profitability, presentation and operation of the Hotel
- Managing all body corporate and guest relations within the property
- Responsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR for the company
- Lead a team of hotel professionals, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Collate and analyse data as required to support strategic decisions
Expected hours: 38 per week

Salary: $75,000 (excluding superanuation)
