We are seeking an exceptional People & Talent Administrator to become a vital member of our team. Reporting directly to our People & Talent Team Lead, this role presents an incredible chance for a driven and energetic individual to join us during an exciting period of growth.
About the Role & Team
As a People & Talent Administrator, you will have the chance to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, employer branding and organisational culture. This role requires someone who is versatile and can assist in all aspects of HR. It is an excellent opportunity for you to utilise your wide range of HR and general administrative skills.
What you’ll do:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment, including advertising roles, cv screening, conducting phone interviews, generating offers, and working with key stakeholders to ensure our records are up to date;
- Providing a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new employees and working with department managers and team leaders to ensure they are set up for success;
- Help to create and implement our employment branding strategy to increase brand recognition in different locations and markets, including utilising platforms like LinkedIn, our Careers site, and onsite meet-ups/conferences;
- Driving employee engagement activities and constructing ways to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and enhance retention;
- Ensuring all compliance documentation for the HR function is up-to-date and well-documented. This includes, but is not limited to, ISO27001, Working with Children’s Checks, National Police Checks, and Right to Work Eligibility.
What you'll bring:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within a HR administration, agency recruitment or in-house recruitment role;
- A tertiary qualification in HR or other relevant qualification;
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships whilst maintaining confidentiality;
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and externally.
