2. Qualification -Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, business administration and other related majors.
3. Experience -3-5 years of practical and management experience in the full module of human resources
4. Have a solid foundation in modern management theory and be familiar with labor policies and regulations.
5. Proficient and stay up to date with local labor laws and ensure company policy aligns with the local regulations and compliance.
6. Be familiar with various modules of human resources management and be able to guide various departments to carry out relevant work.
7. Set out a local Recruitment and Talent Retention Strategy; guided by the Country's direction and framework to ensure good talent pool availability for hiring that matches the company policy and industry needs.
8. Foster a working culture consist of teamwork, open communication, trustworthiness, responsibility and opportunity for growth in a conductive, productive workplace environment by securing that we can attract, develop, and retain talented co-workers.
9. Management and Hiring of Foreign Worker.
10. Proficient in HR software and operating office software; have strong communication, coordination, organization and management skills;
11. Manage HR operations, including record-keeping, payroll, and personnel file maintenance.
12. Must be able to communicate and type in Mandarin.
