Your Day to Day
As a Sr. Demand Gen Specialist you would be working on:
Demand Gen Planning --- You will develop and execute quarterly marketing plans focused on delivering MQL and Pipeline targets for our Remote Solutions portfolio in North America
Budget Management --- You will confidently and effectively manage quarterly budgets to achieve quarterly marketing goals
Testing --- You will work with internal and external stakeholders to setup quarterly testing plans in a fast-paced, agile environment for continuous improvement of marketing metrics
Optimization --- You will analyze data to monitor the success of programs, optimize activities, and identify areas of opportunity using a data-driven approach.
What We’re Looking For
As a Sr. Demand Gen Specialist, your background will look like:
· 5+ years of experience in a similar role working on a team focused on growing awareness and demand for SMB and Enterprise-level products
· Proven success managing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
· Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel and lead progression from lead to MQL, MQL to Opportunity, and Opportunity to Pipeline
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
· Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (our stack includes Salesforce, Marketo, Terminus, Integrate, DemandBase, Google Analytics)
