We are looking for Chefs for our location at Parklea. A minimum of two years experiences in a high volume restaurant is required. Experience overseeing the kitchen operations is preferred but not essential. Successful candidates ideally should also have a Diploma in Commercial Cookery or above.
At Outback, we cook everything from scratch and all sauces, soups and dressings are made fresh in house, we do our own butchery, and make our own desserts. You should have some extensive experience working in a brigade across multiple disciplines. Stock ordering and cost control as well as involvement with staff recruitment and training will be part of the role. Food Hygiene, and Health and Safety knowledge must be demonstrated as well as quality control of all aspects of the menu.
