Responsibilities include:
• Working on industrial installations, manufacturing lines and motor control faults
• Troubleshoot, modify, replace and commission electrical equipment
• Preventative/planned maintenance work
• PLC, robotics and automation controlled system fault finding and connections
• Knowledge of hazardous area work (training can be arranged for the right candidate)
Experience:
The successful applicant must have a minimum 3 years’ experience with an Industrial Electrical Background with a strong focus on industrial machinery and equipment maintenance. In addition:
• Background in maintenance and/or engineering project management
• Experience working in the e-waste, waste or metals recycling industries highly valued
• Follows HSEQ standards and procedures
• Scheduling and coordinating contractors
• Problem-solving equipment maintenance issues is preferred.
• Adaptable to changing business priorities and have initiative and motivation to complete tasks
• Multitask and manage multiple priorities, possess strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn, teach and assist others
