The position will be full time, with requirements to work weekends and the occassional evening shift.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- food preparation
- cooking to order
- assisting the head chef with ordering
-training junior staff
- complying with all food health and safety requirements
Experience required:
-must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
- Minimum 3 years experience as a chef.
Other requirements:
-Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
-Must be a strong team player and able to work in busy environment.
- Can do attitude and cooperative behaviour
- Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
- Medium rigid truck licence would be advantageous
