-Provide individualized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and
medication management
-Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
-Promote independence and encourage active participation in community activities
-Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes respect, empathy, and dignity
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of residents' well-being
Qualifications:
-Certificate III in Individual Support or willing to obtain
-Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively and independently
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude
