About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Worker to join our team. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to individuals with disabilities or other special needs in their homes and in the community. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
-Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
-Support individuals in developing and maintaining their independence
-Prepare meals, clean, and do laundry
-Accompany clients to appointments and outings
-Monitor and report on the health and well-being of clients
-Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
-No experience is necessary!
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to lift and carry
-Compassionate and caring
-Patient, understanding, and respectful
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
