Description of the position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our team to recruit a Swimming coach as we have been growing rapidly.
You must be able to:
- Coach, train and instruct our swimmers by analyzing performances and developing abilities
- Plan and deliver suitable coaching programs for our swimmers.
- Motivate our swimmers
- Oversee and develop our junior swimming coaches
- Conduct our swimming events
- Be involved with the operations of our center if required.
Qualifications and experience:
Skilled required:
• Swimming Instructor Certificate
• Experience of at least 2 years as a swimming instructor. Desirable to have taught children.
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills. Desirable but not mandatory, certificate in leadership or business.
• Friendly and passionate
• Able to work full-time
• Capable of coaching groups with an emphasis on group control and fun
Annual salary: 70K
