Lotus – Recently claiming the Restaurant Award at the 2022 AHA WA Awards for Excellence, Lotus is a modern Asian-fusion restaurant which has quickly become renowned for its flavourful menu.
The Beaufort expands over three levels, each with an individual bar and multiple outdoor spaces throughout the venue including several outdoor terraces and a rooftop with city views. The Beaufort is centred around an open-air atrium housing mature trees, luscious garden beds and retractable roof.
Cypher – Hidden below the large spaces of The Beaufort is an intimate speakeasy called Cypher, a cocktail bar with an extensive beverage menu and regular live entertainment.
We are seeking a Full Time (Junior Sous Chef) to assist in running this 180 seat modern Asian restaurant and 300 seat modern pub lead by Head Chef, Sundoo Kim.
You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to deliver dishes from a wide range of cuisines across lunch and dinner (currently no plans for Breakfast).
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about their work, are a dedicated team player with demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and high-volume kitchen who is keen to adapt in these ever-changing times.
