RecycleSmart Pty Ltd’s Power Pickup is an on-demand collection service that collects tricky recyclables from your doorstep and ensures they get properly recycled. So far, we have diverted over 470,000 kgs from landfill, with a community of 40,000+ engaged Recycle Heroes!
We now have an opportunity for a passionate and driven marketing specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity.
The position is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of mixing work from home and working from our Sydney CBD based office.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute growth marketing strategies, which includes the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, experimenting with new channels, testing different tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
? Analyse data to improve website and campaign performance (customer acquisition cost, conversion rate)
? Staying up to date with market and industry trends.
? Measuring and reporting on success of campaigns
? Work closely with our Content Manager
? Collaborate cross-functionally with the team: support the sales team to drive conversion for businesses and councils, work closely with operations and tech teams to ensure seamless campaigns and customer experience.
Selection Criteria
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in lieu of formal qualification
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in planning and leading initiatives
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys and data analytics
Salary
$70,000 + Superannuation
